Experience unparalleled transparency with our industry-leading destruction process. We guarantee 100% security and confidentiality. Upon request, clients receive a Certificate of Destruction, confirming all records have been securely obliterated.

There is not a minimum amount, but there is a minimum charge, usually based on location.

Yes! It is recycled. We shred your documents at your location in our state of the art mobile shred trucks. Once it is destroyed, we take the shredded material to local recyclers. One of the reasons we ask our customers to keep trash and other contaminants out of our shredding containers is to ensure we are able to recycle it at a high grade. White office paper is recycled back into paper products ranging from office paper to toilet paper. A small amount of contaminants can cause that paper to be rejected for recycling purposes.

Depending on volume, we are generally able to schedule one-time service within 5-7 business days.

We ask that our customers remove these items before we arrive to shred. If we find any in the shredding, we will remove them and return anything we cannot shred to the customer for disposal.

To start a regular container service with Shred-All, we require that you use our shredding services at least once per quarter. This ensures a good customer relationship, document security as it isn’t sitting in the container for too long, and it helps us stay familiar with your company. Many businesses find they require service monthly, or every two weeks, depending on how much paperwork the company produces. We are happy to work with our customers to find the interval that is right for you.

While every industry has a different standards for how long records must be kept, we find our customers have the easiest time getting rid of one year’s worth of records at a time when purging files.

While every industry has its own standard, Shred-All is proud to specialize in on-site destruction, as it is the most secure and transparent method in the industry. Our trucks meet industry qualifications for destruction of material to a specified minimum size. No material leaves your location until it is destroyed. Shred-All is happy to provide your company with a Certificate of Destruction, verifying your records have been destroyed.

Shred-All provides locked bins or consoles for your company to use to collect your documents. Once our Shred Technicians arrive, the locked container is wheeled out to our truck, and placed on the lift. At that point, it is unlocked, and the lift takes the container into the truck and dumps the material into the shredder, where it is destroyed. The Shred Technician is physically present for this process. The container is not unlocked until it is on the way into the shredder.
